Leviathan International was founded in 2021 by CEO, Marshall Kregg, and CTO, Josh Blasdell. Both have been IT consultants in the DC Metro Area for years before achieving their MBAs at Virginia Tech. Marshall spent his time focusing on Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, Compliance as well as Program Management for Cyber Operations and Digital Transformations, while Josh honed his skills in System Engineering and Architecture. They took their unique backgrounds and merged them to form Leviathan International, with the help of industry leading experts and a dedicated back-office team. Together, their expertise merge to fill the whole gambit of enterprise technology management from beginning to end. their goal is to provide the outside-the-box thinking to holistically tackle the most pressing issues facing industry today and tomorrow.
